Flushing (chimney roof removal material) for outer diameter 200 mm Size 500 mm x 500 mm 750 mm x 810 mm
Made of stainless steel 304, 300 degree heat resistant paint
Flashing for 200mm outer diameter chimneys for installing double chimneys without the roof.
The corresponding roof slope is 5° to 30°, which is about 1 inch to 6 inch slope in the Japanese roof slope.
If the top edge is not horizontal due to the wide range of slopes, you can use corrugated iron scissors to cut the top edge horizontally according to the slope you are using.
Made of 304 stainless steel with heat-resistant black coating.
There are currently two sizes available.
The size of the base is 500mm wide x 500mm long, and 750mm wide x 810mm long .
The upper part of the opening is 210 mm in diameter and the lower part of the opening is about 300 mm in diameter.
This product is mainly used for uneven roofs such as shingled roofs, single roofs, colored vests, etc.
This aluminum-based silicon flushing is recommended for uneven roofs such as tiled roofs.
The 500x500 size is mainly used for chimney construction when building a new building or when replacing a roof.
The size of 750 x 810 is often used mainly when chimney construction is done later on the existing roof.
Furthermore, a storm collar is placed on top of it and caulked around the storm collar to prevent rainwater from entering.
Flushing and chimney caulking are not absolutely necessary.
You can also think of letting the heat trapped in the attic escape through this gap.
However, there are some people who are caulking here in consideration of the inflow of rainwater.
Heat-resistant silicone sealant is recommended for caulking, but ordinary silicone sealant sold at home centers has a heat-resistant temperature of 150 degrees, so there is no problem.
In the event of a chimney fire, the silicone may deteriorate, so if you are worried about it, we recommend using a heat-resistant silicone sealant.
In general, the temperature outside the insulated double chimney is about 70 degrees at a distance of 1 m from the wood stove, but it drops to about 40 degrees when it reaches the roof surface.
There are currently two sizes, so please select the one you need from the right or upper column.
