Aluminum-based silicon flushing for chimneys with an outer diameter of 175/200 mm Roofing material
Flushing material for chimneys with an outer diameter of 150 mm to 300 mm for installing double chimneys without a roof.
The best use is about 175 mm to 225 mm.
It is used when a chimney penetrates an uneven roof.
The aluminum base is easy to bend by hand and easy to bend back.
It doesn't leave marks unless you bend it too hard.
Easy-to-use flashing that fits well on uneven roofs such as tiled roofs and corrugated tin.
The corresponding roof slope is very wide, ranging from 5° to 45° .
Just to be sure, I checked whether it was compatible with a flat roof with a 0-dimensional slope, and it was compatible without any problems.
However, for flat roofs, it seems that aluminum round base flashing is better.

The heat-resistant temperature is about 240℃.
In addition, the heat insulating double chimney has an outer surface temperature of about 80°C near the stove and about 40°C near the flushing, so it can be used without problems.
The size of the base is 720mm wide x 850mm long.
The adaptive chimney size is from 130mm to 325mm.
Cut the silicon part to the required diameter with scissors and use it.
If it sticks well around the chimney, rainwater won't get in, so you don't have to cover it with a storm collar.
However, we recommend using storm colors just in case.

アルミベースで軽く、瓦屋根の起伏にも形が馴染むので素人の自分にも簡単に設置できました。
但し、その設置に到る前段でその設置向きやシリコンカバー部分の突き出し具合、凹みが出ないように形を整えるなどの試行に時間が掛かりました。ちょっとした手引きや設置サンプル画像などが製品についていれば迷わずに施工できると思います。
また、今後のシリコンとその接合部の耐久性がどうなのか少し心配がありますが、何かメンテナンスで長く使い続けられるなら、その方法を教えて欲しいと思います。
