Unlike the photo, the oven has been changed so that the entire back panel can be removed, so maintenance work from the back is also possible.
Since the oven on the top plate has a mechanism where smoke flows around the oven, the temperature inside the oven rises quickly.
We confirmed that the temperature of the top plate of the oven rises to nearly 200 degrees, which is the same as the top plate of the stove, so you can enjoy cooking on the top of the oven.
The oven is the size that commercial pizza can be baked.
The boiler tank on the back is tightly attached to the back of the stove body, so the water boils quickly.

A lever is attached to the lower part of the combustion chamber, and the right side is the secondary combustion adjustment function, and the left side is the temporary combustion adjustment function.
The lever on the right side drops the ash into the ash tray below by moving it with the lever for moving the roster.
Installation of chimney vents is possible only on the top plate.
The chimney and external air intake will require assembly after the product arrives.

オーブンと薪ストーブ、煙突もすべて山のえんとつ屋さんで揃えました。
もちろん初めての薪ストーブ。オーブン付きタイプは珍しく、自分が使いこなせるか不安でしたが
火を入れているときは、ついつい「何か焼きたい」モードに。
コンパクトなのに炎がよく見える大きなガラス窓がお気に入りです。
オーブンの組み合わせたのですが、温度も上がり美味しいピザが焼けました。アヒージョなどのオーブン料理も薪の炎を眺めながら楽しめます。

オーブンでの本格的な調理はまだしていませんが、パンを温めるだけでも非常に美味しく仕上がります。
オーブンないにはAmazonで購入したSOTOの温度計を置いています。
ガラスも大きく、炎を眺めながら食べるのは格別です。
今見たらスペアパーツの取り扱いも始められたということで、さらに安心材料が増えました。
